POST- Filing a report about your nasty client not only helps to protect other businesses by warning them, but a filed report is can be used as a great tool to get any money that is owed to you. Can I share my account?

Sharing your account information is against our Terms of Service. NastyClient.com does employ a variety of methods to ensure our Terms of Service is not violated. If a violation is found, you may be subject to additional fees and account termination. With your monthly subscription, you receive the ability to use up to two IP addresses to log in to your account. Any additional IP addresses will automatically be billed a recurring fee of $9.95 per month.

Can I remain anonymous?

Yes. The reports that you file list only your username. No personal information is included. We believe that by enabling you to file a report anonymously, you will be more likely to be honest and thorough in your report. You don’t have to worry about impacting your company’s image. We also believe that an anonymous filing will alleviate any anxiety over retaliation from those nasty clients. However, we do require your contact information when you join so that our NastyClient.com database is as accurate as possible.

Why does NastyClient.com charge a yearly fee?

By charging a minimal fee, we will be able to market NastyClient.com across the country, thereby increasing awareness of the site and building a national database of nasty clients for our members. Don’t forget that unlike many free websites, we will never sell your subscriber information!

Can I cancel my membership if I am not satisfied?

Yes. You can cancel at any time through our Contact Us page. Please include your name, address, telephone number and username with your request so that we can identify your account. Your cancellation request must be received no later than 24 hours prior to any scheduled renewal payment date. Sorry, no refunds.
